Dovelight Wellbeing is a person-centred holistic space offering counselling and a variety of therapies to support and empower their clients. Dovelight has premises in Craiglockhart in Edinburgh.
Cutting Costs
Premitel were initially asked to sort out problems that Dovelight were having with their internet connectivity and internal cabling. While carrying out this work it became clear that there were opportunities for cost saving by streamlining their phone system.
We therefore submitted a proposal to Dovelight that would cut monthly recurring costs by over 50% without any reduction in service.
Smooth Migration
Dovelight accepted our proposal and we migrated their phone service to the Premitel hosted VoIP system. There was no loss of service and they were able to use existing telephone handsets.
Ongoing Support
We continue to support Dovelight by tweaking the phone system remotely to meet their changing operational requirements. This is included as part of the monthly service charge.
