Easyhotel in Edinburgh is located on Princes Street and provides clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation for its guests.
Premitel were asked to take on the important task of managing their guest WiFi system as the previous company had gone out of business.
The WiFi solution that was installed was based on Ruckus equipment and provided service for a further 3 years before it had to be upgraded.
Ubiquiti UniFi Guest System
We recommended upgrading to a Ubiquiti UniFi system that includes a flexible and easy to use guest WiFi management system.
The Easyhotel management accepted our proposal and we replaced the Ruckus wireless access points with UniFi wireless access points and a network controller.
We also upgraded the network switch to which the wireless access points connect.
Ongoing Support
Premitel continue to support the Easyhotel guest WiFi system and we regulary provide advice and support on other telecommunication & internet issues.
We are currently advising on an upgrade to fibre broadband which has recently become available at their address.
