Two Wheels Motorcycles are Scotland’s largest Honda dealership with a 15,000 sq ft showroom and instruction facility in Edinburgh.
Premitel designed, supplied and installed a 10 x handset DECT cordless VoIP phone system that allowed roaming across the site. The cordless phone system is connected to the Premitel hosted VoIP service which provides Two Wheels with features such as:
- direct-dial to different departments;
- auto-attendant;
- voicemail to email;
- auto or manual holiday and night service modes; and
- custom announcements.
The project also included the implementation of a secure high quality site-wide WiFi network for both staff and visitors.
Premitel also provide support as required for any issues that Two Wheels may have with internet connectivity or their internal local area network.
