The Yealink W52P DECT phone is a high-performance DECT cordless phone system that is designed for making phone calls over internet connections.
The W52P is therefore ideal for providing a phone service on fibre-to-the-premises home broadband connections where a traditional landline is not required.
It is supplied configured and ready to connect to Premitel’s home phone service on a month’s free trial. If this is not required then the W52P can be configured to connect to other broadband phone services or to an office PBX phone system.
The Yealink W52P base can either sit on a flat surface or be wall mounted.
The W52P handset is separate from the base and has its own charging pod.
It is supplied with mains power adaptors for the base and the handset charger.
The base of the W52P connects directly to the ethernet port of a router or network switch.
The base can also be powered from a network switch that supports power over ethernet.

There is a free trial of the Premitel Internet Home Phone Service for one month included with this product. During the trial there are 20 minutes of free calls included to UK landline and mobile numbers.
After the first month the Premitel home phone service is available for £3.00 per month with inclusive calls to all UK landline and mobile numbers and no charge for incoming calls.
The service also includes a new phone number or the transfer of an existing phone number at no extra cost. The process of transferring an existing number would take place after the free-trial.
To continue with the Premitel Internet Home Phone Service after the trial you would need to contact Premitel to make payment arrangements. Otherwise, just do nothing and connect the phone to the service of your choice.

The Yealink W52P can be connected to most VoIP office PBX systems (both on-site and cloud hosted) and can be configured with a different extension number on each handset.
Premitel offer a fully featured hosted office PBX phone system and can supply and configure the W52P and other cordless and desk phones for connection to this system.

All Yealink phones have a warranty that expires 12 months after the phone has been declared end-of-life by Yealink.
During that period faulty phones will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
The customer will be responsible for any carriage charges associated with returning the phone to Premitel.
Faulty or unwanted phones can be returned for refund or replacement (at customer’s choice) up to 30 days after purchase date. Unwanted phones must be returned as new with all packaging.
